Terms and Conditions

1. Safety Rules & Regulations must be observed at all times. Failure to comply with range safety officer instructions will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
2. Firearms Act Compliance: All participants must declare that they are not prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition by virtue of Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968.
3. Identification: Photo identification and proof of address (e.g. Passport and/or Driving Licence) must be presented upon arrival. No training will be permitted without verification of identity.
4. Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 14 years of age. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
5. Booking and Cancellations: 25% payment is required to secure a booking, this will be non-refundable.  The final balance must be paid before mindnight on the day before the training.
6. Medical Fitness: You must be physically and mentally fit to operate a firearm. You must notify us of any medical condition or medication that may affect your coordination, vision, or mental state.  If you think a disability could impact your ability to shoot a rifle, you must discuss it before booking.
7. Alcohol and Drugs: Oxford Shooting Academy operates a zero-tolerance policy. If you are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be barred from the range.
8. Property and Equipment: Any damage to range property or equipment caused by negligence or a deliberate act will be charged to the participant.
9. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse training to any individual at our absolute discretion, particularly where safety or legal concerns arise.
10. Data Protection: Your personal details will be held securely in accordance with UK GDPR. We are legally obliged to provide attendance records to the Police upon request.
